ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue "No Objection Certificate" to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "Purple Ayurvedic Spa" at Door No.15/1-25, Chinmiya Shopping Complex, Papampatti Perivu, Chinthamani Pudur Police, Kannampalayam, Coimbatore District, by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) took notice for the respondents and submitted that the Deputy General of Police has issued a Circular Memorandam dated 08.09.2023 in R.C.No.4092023/Crimes 4(3)/2023 for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for grant of licence to Spas, Massage Parlours and Beauty Parlours and if the petitioner complies with the conditions mentioned in the said Circular Memorandum, appropriate "No Objection Certificate" will be given within a specified period.
3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Sulur Police Station, Sulur, to enquire and dispose of the representation dated 26.09.2025 within a period
of three weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
