O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the second respondent dated 11.09.2025 and 06.06.2025 thereby ordering that the appeal filed by respondents 3 & 4 herein against the order passed by the Settlement Tahsildar is very much maintainable. 2.
The said order of the Settlement Tahsildar had already been challenged before this Court and this Court directed the second respondent to consider the preliminary objection as to whether the appeal is maintainable or not against the order passed by the Settlement Tahsildar and to proceed with the appeal. Now, as directed by this Court by order dated 14.08.2025 in WP.No.30878 of 2025, the second respondent being the appellate authority ordered that the appeal is very 2/4
much maintainable and proceeded with the appeal. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned orders passed by the second respondent. However, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the aforementioned appeal after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and respondents 3 & 4 herein on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3.
With the above direction, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
