ORDER

The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.80 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 7(c) "the petitioner shall stay at Ponneri report before the Inspector of Police, Ponneri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police" in Crl.O.P.No.23233 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 7(c) in Crl.O.P.No.23233 of 2025 dated 21.08.2025, "the petitioner shall stay at Ponneri report before the Inspector of Police, Ponneri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain 2/4

unaltered.
