Respondent(s) This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to effect new electricity service connection Registration Nos.200094010425155 to 2000094010425159 registered on 07.05.2025 forthwith without any further delay as the petitioner herein obtained completion certificate on 20.08.2025 and made all the payments as and when demanded by the respondents but are still awaiting electricity connection to occupy the newly constructed apartments since August 2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to effect new electricity service connection Registration Nos.200094010425155 to 2000094010425159 registered on 07.05.2025 forthwith without any further delay as the petitioner herein obtained completion certificate on 20.08.2025 and made all the payments as and when demanded by the respondents but are still awaiting electricity connection to occupy the newly constructed apartments since August 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the new electricity service connection was effected in favour of the petitioner. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this case.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
