Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 in accordance with law and consider the application of the petitioner dated 12.09.2025 vide challan number 2025/N123/01/008807 to survey the petitioner's land measuring 1787 sq.ft. comprised bearing Old Survey No.171/1, New Survey No.206/20 as Patta No.204, Kalambakkam Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and boundary stones are fixed by the second respondent.
