P.Rajaram(Deceased) 1.R.Easwari And 5 Others v. R.Rajeswari Ammal (Deceased) 1.M.Ravi Vanan Alias Ravanan And 2 Others
A.Nos.6146, 6147 & 6148 of 2025 in T.O.S.No.14 of 2013 MASTER 17.12.2025
ORDER
1. There are three applications filed by the applicant. A.No.6146 of 2025 is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in representing the A.D.No.118550 of 2025. A.No.6147 of 2025 is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in representing A.D.No.118549 of 2025. A.No.6148 of 2025 is filed to condone the delay of 52 days in representing the A.D.No.118548 of 2025. The applicant stated that due to his health condition he was hospitalised and had filed the implead petition to implead the legal heirs of sole defendant in the above T.O.S along with application to set aside the abatement to condone the delay in filing the implead petition which was returned by the Registry. Once again due to health issues the applicant was admitted in the hospital because of which there occurred a delay of 52 days in representing the said application. Though the applicant has not filed any proof to substantiate his contention, considering the fact that the delay is only in representation and not in filing. This Court is inclined to allow all these applications.
Accordingly, these applications are allowed. No cost. MASTER https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
