Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2025 and 20.05.2024 and to extend the benefit of correct Grade Pay fixation and arrears by fixing the Grade Pay at Rs.2,800/- from 01.01.2006 and Rs.4,400/- from 01.03.2007, along with consequential pensionary and monetary benefits within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2025 and 20.05.2024 and to extend the benefit of correct Grade Pay fixation and arrears by fixing the Grade Pay at Rs.2,800/- from 01.01.2006 and Rs.4,400/- from 01.03.2007, along with consequential pensionary and monetary benefits within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.07.2025 and 20.05.2024 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
