Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher without reference to employment exchange seniority.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is, for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher without reference to the employment exchange seniority.

2. Heard both sides. The issue of appointment of Secondary Grade Teachers throughout the country is being done as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

per the mandatory requirement of passing of TET examination conducted by the authority concerned. Without which, no teacher can be appointed. Since it has been well settled and has been acted upon, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted, at this stage.

3. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed without any costs.
