O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought for subdivision and transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property is in possession and enjoyment of the petitioner and his wife and they are claiming title over the property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 19.01.2006 registered as document No.47 of 2006.
4. The petitioner has submitted an online application on 30.08.2025 for subdivision and for transfer of patta in his name, after paying necessary charges. Since no action was taken on the application, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4
case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
