This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 819 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Ms.R.Janani, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent and she would also submit that she has got objections in allowing the petition, provided the interest for the delay period is waived.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to the death of her husband, she was facing severe financial difficulties and not in a position to mobilize the funds for filing the appeal and hence, there occurred a delay of 819 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
