.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2025 by not allowing the 7th respondent to install or function the Solar Power Plant in Batlapatlli Village and to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Through this half-baked petition, the allegation of illegal installation of solar power plant has been raised.
2. We find that though it is alleged that on 05.02.2024, the Village President/5th respondent has granted No Objection Certificate, the same is not under challenge. Though the petition mentioned that a writ petition was filed before this Court by the 7th respondent and an order in his favour was passed, that is also not on record. Upon query, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to inform whether that petition is pending or disposed of. Therefore, this petition is blissfully vague and does not warrant interference. Petition is, therefore, dismissed, with liberty to file proper petition along with relevant details/information and documents. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
