ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. This case is referred at the appellate stage. The de facto complainant is present and she submits that she has received the compensation amount and she has no objection in the accused being let off without any punishment. The accused is present. There is no previous or subsequent case against the accused.
3. I have considered the nature of the accident also. It is not gruesome. Considering the submissions made by the de facto complainant and the accused, the Crl.A.No.766 of 2024 is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The conviction of the accused vide judgment, dated 11.09.2024 made in C.C.No.14174 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, shall stand confirmed; (ii) However, without proceeding to impose the sentence after admonition, the accused is released on probation; (iii) The accused shall file a bond of good conduct for a period of one year before the learned Magistrate.

4. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 17.10.2025 grs electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
