ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to declare the decision of the 2nd respondent as communicated in its letter bearing No.A.11/TLT/A/3/2004/60 dated 22.04.2004 as illegal and unconstitutional.

2. Heard, M/s.Anna Mathew learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy Additional Government Pleader for R1, R3, R4 and Mr.R.Gopinath learned counsel appearing for the respondents for R2.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported before this Court that, the retirement benefits of the petitioner's service has already been settled along with other benefits.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader also conceded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
