ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the District Munsif, Sankari to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of2021, within the time fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking permanent injunction and mandatory injunction. A perusal of the adjudication sheets filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and the suit was posted for trial in the special list as early as on 21.12.2023. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit.

3. Taking into consideration that the suit was filed in the year 2021 and 3 of Page 5

the same was posted for special list as early on 21.12.2023, this court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Sankari to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.11 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
