ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
2. The petitioner, by the present Miscellaneous Petition, sought for
fixing an early date for final hearing of the Writ Petition, on the ground that his junior is getting more pay than him and, as such, he feels aggrieved by the action of the respondent.
3. It is to be noted, that the petitioner is not out of job and, on the other hand, there are other writ petitions, involving non-payment of pension, not granting compassionate appointments, and similar other issues, which are more serious in nature, pending on the file of this Court.
4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no urgency is made out for taking up the present Writ Petition out of turn.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
6. Registry is directed to list the Writ Petition for final hearing in usual course.
