Thereafter, when the matter is called today i.e. on 14.09.2017, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
