ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10769 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024.

2. The matter relates to the payment of subsistence allowance.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the order has since been complied with, in the sense that the arrears have been paid upto date.

4. In view of the continuous complaince of the order, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
