This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.12.2024 in W.P.No. 35817 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. It is needless to state that, as per the order of this Court in W.P.No. 35817 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, as and when an application is made by the petitioner seeking transfer of patta in his name, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law.
