ORDER

Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23941 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 with certain conditions imposed against him. Subsequently, he has filed Crl.M.P.No. 19607 of 2025 seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/state submits that all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23941 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 have been complied with by the petitioner herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by him, all the conditions imposed against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23941 of 2025, dated 01.09.2025 are relaxed in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
