This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 215 days in filing the Criminal Appeal praying to set aside the judgment dated 17.12.2024 made in S.C.No. 35 of 2020 on the file of the I Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 215 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
