When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the outstanding loan amount has been paid by the petitioner and the loan account has been closed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. 2.In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
