The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect as follows:- "since the vehicles have been seized with the cut seemai Karuvelam trees and the entire fine amounts have been paid by the vehicle owners, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition as infructuous with liberty".
