ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7254 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3841 of 2025, that "the petitioner, shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7254 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3841 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
