ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed seeking grant of interim bail to the convict/petitioner, namely, Murugan S/o. Kuran @ Ramasamy.

2. The Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2025, in W.P.Nos.30216, of 2025, etc., batch, has elaborately dealt with the issue and has held that pending a premature release petition, a request for interim bail is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above said order dated 19.11.2025, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
