ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the communication dated 16.08.2004 issued by the second respondent, in and by which, the petitioner was informed about the auction sale and adjustment of the bid amount to the loan account of the petitioner.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner company has settled the entire loan account on 31.03.2007 itself and nothing survives now. He also produced a letter dated 12.10.2015 to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
