Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Advocate) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10997 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025 have been complied with by the petitioner/accused

regularly.

2.In the light of the above submissions made by him, all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10997 of 2025, dated 22.08.2025 are relaxed in toto.
