Crime No. 8/AC/2025/CP Respondent Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 Act, praying to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 23830 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025.

ORDER

Earlier this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 23830 of 2025, dated 29.08.2025 with certain conditions against him. Subsequently, he has filed Crl.M.P.No.19522 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 23830 of 2025 seeking to relax the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 29.08.2025 which reads as follows:-

"7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders."

2.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court modifies the condition in Para No.7(b) of the order dated 29.08.2025 which reads as follows:- "7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation."

3.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 29.08.2025 shall remains unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.10.2025 MSM
