ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 466, 468 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.93 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.27302 of 2025 by order dated 08.10.2025. On the very next day, the petitioner has filed another bail petition seeking the very same relief without any change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is inclined to impose costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the District Legal Service Authority, Chennai, for such abuse of process.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17-10-2025 drl
