The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of BNS in Crime No.405 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.22309 of 2025 on 13.08.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
