W.P.No.38817 of 2025 has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.27/2025-2026/SDO dated 22.09.2025 issued by the second respondent forthwith.
3. W.P.No.38818 of 2025 has been filed to direct the third respondent to issue work site inspection certificate and working condition of the plants and machinery certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.24/2025-2026/SDO dated 17.09.2025 issued by the second respondent forthwith.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner participated in E-Tender Notification issued by the second respondent, for which, the petitioner has to file necessary application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and working condition of the plants and machineries Certificate and therefore, the petitioner has made requests before the respondents for issuance of the above Certificates, however, no action was taken. Hence, these Writ Petitions have been filed.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the last date for submitting the application is
13.10.2025 and all the aforesaid Certificates will be issued to the petitioner today (i.e.,) 13.10.2025 before 02.30 p.m.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to issue the aforesaid Certificates to the petitioner today (i.e.,) 13.10.2025 before 02.30 p.m. There shall be no order as to costs.
