ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Though learned counsel for the Revenue raised an objection contending that no sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the towering delay of 787 days, taking into consideration that the order under appeal has already been assailed by the respondents by filing writ appeals, we are inclined to condone the delay. This application is allowed.
The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal and list it along with W.A.No.3019 of 2025 etc. batch.
