Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the partially modified letter dated 12.6.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to regularize the admissions made by the petitioner minority college in respect of 70% management quota based on the marks obtained by students in Plus II Examination and TNPCEE-04 Examination conducted by the 2nd respondent University, in respect of candidates who have opted for admission under the Management Quota as per guidelines issued by the 2nd respondent in letter dated 20.5.2004.
