O R D E R
This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage against the respondents for the relief sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition.
2. The petitioner has already sent a representation dated 27.05.2025. It has however not evoked any response from the respondents.
3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the aforesaid representation for refund of the excess property tax purportedly paid by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of Page No. 2 of 5
receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the petitioner shall be heard before any final order is passed.
4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
