This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 25.09.2020 made in application No.9585 of 2019.

Heard Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and carefully perused the materials available on record. 3.

Application No.9585 of 2019 was disposed of by an order dated 25.09.2020 by attaching the scheduled property. 4.

After the above order was passed, the parties reached a settlement and the same has been pleaded at Paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this application. In view of this subsequent development, this application has been filed to raise the order of attachment.

Considering the fact that the parties have reached a settlement, this Court is inclined to raise the order of attachment passed on 25.09.2020 in application No.9585 of 2019 and this application is accordingly allowed. This order shall be communicated to the concerned Sub Registrar Office to make necessary entry in the encumbrance certificate.
