Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or orders or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 especially the second respondent madein proceedings No.4179/A1/2004 dated 05.11.2004 as confirmed by the second respondent pursuant to Memo No.4179/A1/2004 dated 07.12.2004 and quash the same as illegal and invalid and consequently directing the respondents to retain the petitioner at the third respondent Hotel.

Mr.A.Amal Raj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
