This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 496 days in representing the above Rev.Appln. SR.No.59450 of 2025 against the judgment and decree passed in S.A.No. 1358 of 2007 on the file of this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 496 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
