The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to execute pucca sale deed in his favour for Plot No.1899 in HIG section admeasuring 3024 sq. ft. (280.93 sq. mts) in Madhavaram Housing Project comprised in S.No.61 Part in Mathur Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpattu MGR District.

According to the petitioner, he was allotted Plot No.1899 measuring 3024 sq. ft. in High Income Group (HIG) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

section, by the respondents vide Plot Allotment Order, dated 29.07.1992. It is his further submission that though he paid the entire consideration of Rs.1,68,558/- for the said plot and though the respondents duly handed over possession of the said plot to him, the respondents are endlessly delaying the execution of pucca sale deed in his favour, in spite of repeated requests and reminders.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Housing Board produced a communication dated 26.10.2009 from the Executive Engineer & ADO, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Chennai, to the Sub-Registrar, Thiruvottiyur, as regards execution of the Sale Deed in respect of Plot No.1899 to the petitioner herein.

In view of the above, as the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter. Thus, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent/Housing Board, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
