This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 09 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal Sr.No.84547 of 2025 against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2025 on 01.08.2025 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 09 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
