dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter affidavit of the Respondents and based on the undertaking given by the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Respondents that the Petitioner's Representation dated 20.10.2014, will be considered and disposed on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the Petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
