3.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and being satisfied with the reasons stated in para 6 therein, the delay of 84 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.
