Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd 1/6
respondents to pass orders for approval of appointment of Smt. G.Kayalvizhi in the sanctioned post of Secondary grade Assistant in the petitioner school with effect from 10.06.2024 in consideration of proposal submitted by the petitioner school in Letter Ka.No. 11/ 2024 dated 28.06.2024 and further proposal submitted in Letter Ka.No. 14/ 2025 dated 19.05.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary from the date of appointment within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass orders for approval of appointment of Smt. G.Kayalvizhi in the sanctioned post of Secondary grade Assistant in the petitioner school with effect from 10.06.2024 in consideration of proposal submitted by the petitioner school in Letter Ka.No. 11/ 2024 dated 28.06.2024 and further proposal submitted in Letter Ka.No. 14/ 2025 dated 19.05.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits 2/6
including arrears of salary from the date of appointment within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider for approval of appointment of Smt. G.Kayalvizhi in the sanctioned post of Secondary grade Assistant in the petitioner school with effect from 10.06.2024 in consideration of proposal submitted by the petitioner school in Letter Ka.No. 11/ 2024 dated 28.06.2024 and further proposal submitted in Letter Ka.No. 14/ 2025 dated 19.05.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary from the date of appointment, and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be 3/6
no order as to costs.
