ORDER
Though the petitioner complains that the order of this Court has not been complied with, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on
behalf of the respondent would submit that the procedure under Section 207 Cr.P.C has been duly complied with and the relevant documents have been served to the petitioner and that the trial has now commenced and some of the witnesses have been examined so far. Only due to the pendency of this contempt petition, the trial has not progressed.
2. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if he has any other grievance. Consequently, Sub Appln No.1339 of 2025 is also closed.
