ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.220 of 2025, on the file of the third respondent to CBCID or some other competent agency, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.08.2025.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that the third respondent had not conducted the enquiry properly and that the fresh representation sent to the first respondent seeking transfer of investigation has not been considered. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.220 of 2025 has been completed; final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kalasapakkam; it has been taken on file and pending committal in PRC No.12 of 2025. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that investigation has been completed and the case has been taken up for committal, this petition becomes infructuous.

3/4 Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
