ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on 03.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.18610 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23694 of 2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18610 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23694 of 2024 dated 03.01.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
