This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents herein to grant renewal of the license to sell the departmental forms at the sale counter in the premises of the third respondent herein to the petitioner for a further period of five years with effect from 12.01.2004. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is directed to make fresh application for the renewal of the license to sell the departmental forms at the sale counter in the premises of the third respondent herein to the petitioner for a further period of five years. The writ petition is accordingly allowed. No costs.
