This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he would submit that a direction may be issued to the respondent police to file a final report.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the final report will be filed at the earliest.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
