Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the 2nd and 3rd respondent vide their letter No.O.Mu.No.2743/A5/2004 dated 30.06.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent wherein an endorsement is made by the 3rd respondent in the same letter giving reference as Na.Ka.No.222/A2/2004 dated 01.07.2004, quash the same as arbitrary, unsustainable in law so as to permit the petitioner to continue her services till end of the academic year 20042005, i.e., upto 31.05.2005 with salary and other attendant benefits as applicable to the petitioner.
