This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to rectify the error in the FMB for SF No.229 and conduct survey for fixing the boundaries for SF Nos.229/5B1B and 229/5C of M.Kattur, Virudhasampatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem district by considering Online Application No. 2024/ 0123/ 08/ 003134 and No. 2024/ 0123/08/ 003137 dated 20.06.2024 and the representations dated 7.10.2024 and 9.06.2025 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' Online Application No. 2024/ 0123/ 08/ 003134 and No. 2024/ 0123/08/ 2/4

003137 dated 20.06.2024 and the representations dated 7.10.2024 and 9.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
