ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.8(b) of the order dated 25.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.19661 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2025 ssi with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, he further submitted that the final report has been filed in this case and not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20175 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified.
