COMMON ORDER These applications have been filed to to declare the 1st petitioner / 1st appellant as major by discharging the guardianship of Grandmother /Guardian / 2nd appellant in the above A.S.No.337 of 2023; and to discharge the 2nd appellant from the guardianship representing the 1st appellant Megala in A.S.No.337 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.I have gone through the affidavits filed in support of these applications. I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. The applications are not seriously opposed by the respondent.

4.These applications are ordered. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the appeal suit and list the same on 08.01.2025 for hearing.
